Return & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Liana Trots. We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return any unused and unopened item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by delivery issues

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (if applicable) or coordinated directly with the customer for cash-on-delivery orders.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a faulty product, email with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order.
